When will my order ship?
Within 1–2 business days of your purchase. As soon as it leaves the warehouse you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Standard shipping is 100% free on every U.S. order — no minimum spend and no hidden fees at checkout.
How long until it arrives?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, so around 4–9 business days from the time you order. Remote areas (Alaska, Hawaii, some rural zip codes) can take slightly longer.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Just click the link to see live updates. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll resend it.
I entered the wrong shipping address — can you fix it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us right away and we’ll update it. Once a package is in transit we can’t change the address, so please double-check it at checkout.
My tracking hasn’t updated / my package is late. What now?
Carriers occasionally have delays. If your tracking hasn’t moved in 3+ business days or your order is running late, reach out — our U.S.-based support team will chase it down for you.
